Here I am - I'm Jason, the managing member of Zeta Wolf Insights. I have always struggled with my weight and fitness.  I'm not the forever thin/fit guy who worked to bulk up and build muscle.  I'm like so many others who wanted to lose weight and get fit.  I was always an athlete thru HS and college but have been working behind a desk for many years.  I put everything else ahead of my own health and then made the decision something needed to change.  I made a commitment to training and nutrition and a lifelong fitness journey.  I dropped over 50 pounds of fat, gained muscle, and I am not done reshaping my body and my life.

Like so many, Jessica found herself more sedentary and enjoying more wine throughout the weeks during and after the pandemic.  In working with Zeta Wolf Insights, Jessica reclaimed her accountability and lost 18 pounds in four months, and is feeling great.
